Computer support specialist, also know as technical support. It is a range of services giving aid to technology and electrical products such as mobile phones, computers, software and other machanism. These specialist help users of the item with any trouble they are having. A large group of companies provide technical support for the products they sell. Sometimes for free or for a fee.






A technical writer is also known as a technical communicator. These techincal writers are proficient in designing, creating, and preserve technical documentation. Such documentations accomodates online assistance, user advice, white papers, system manuals, design specifications, apart from other files. They handle proofreading, editing, and formatting. A technical writer produces technical documentation for technical, business, and consumer audiences.





A software engineer uses the principles of software engineering design, examine, establish and evaluation of the software and systems assembles computers or anything containing software like computer chips to function.
